Suprema Confessione plot

During a flight to Rome, the famous conductor Marco Negri (Massimo Serato) meets the beautiful Lisa (Sonja Zieman) from Germany on an airplane. They fall in love, get married and Lisa gets pregnant. Lisa was once embroiled in shady business, and now her former boyfriend tries to blackmail her into revealing criminal childhood sins. The ex is in turn shadowed by the police. Marco has already got wind of the whole thing. He feels hurt because Lisa has kept her past secret and decides to leave her.
