Sunday Dinner for a Soldier plot

The poor Florida Osborne family is putting aside as much money as they can so they can do something special for a soldier they've invited to dinner on Sunday. However, they do not realize that their invitation was never sent. On the day of the scheduled dinner, another soldier is brought to the house. It turns out to be Sergeant Eric Moore. A love quickly blossoms between Eric and Tessa, the young woman who runs the household.
