Summer Children plot

"Sultry Angst"

The young man West takes a sailing trip with his father's boat with five friends. One of the friends is the beautiful Diana, who seems elusive and at the same time so striking that West can't stop thinking about her. There is also Franky, who takes an interest in every woman. Franky is older than the rest and has appointed himself the leader of the group. When the group arrives at a big party, Franky sees his chance to conquer a woman. This while West just wants to spend time with Diana. However, Diana is not as naive or simplistic as poor West thinks she is.
