Sulla Strada di Casa plot

Alberto is a small businessman from Liguria whose company is in trouble. To save his company, he becomes a courier for a criminal organization that misuses Alberto's unsuspecting identity to deliver illegal goods. On the eve of his departure on one of his journeys, his home is broken into by armed men. They threaten Alberto's wife and children and order him to deliver directly to them instead of at the agreed destination. Alberto travels through Italy to retrieve the package and rescue his family, who are held hostage in his home.
