Stars Rays Everywhere is about one of the first major post-war problems: emigration. The Netherlands is becoming overcrowded and the cold war threatens. For taxi driver Amstel and his family reason to think about a departure to the other side of the globe. Initially, this causes quite a bit of tension; especially if the daughter of the house falls in love.
