Sous le Signe du Taureau plot
The rocket SR01 explodes during its first test flight. It is a heavy blow for the manufacturer, the industrialist Albert Raynal. His financiers - Jérôme Laprade, his brother-in-law, and Marchal - immediately draw a conclusion from this failure: not a cent more for his project. Raynal's banker Magnin informs his client that he will not cover his company's debts. Raynal is deeply disappointed and seeks comfort from his wife Christine, from whom he has kept the whole affair secret for quite some time. Now she wants to divorce him.
