Souls of Sin plot
'Dollar Bill' Burton is an unsuccessful gambler from New York. He lives in a cheap basement room with his old friend Bob and someone else. Tired of being broke, Burton starts looking for steady work. He gets a job with the gangster Bad Boy George, for which he has to sort out illegal affairs.
