Smerteterskel plot

Twelve-year-old Vilja enjoys going to the local wrestling club. She doesn't care that she's afraid of hurting herself and losing every match. When her parents split up, she gets into a tangle with herself. She now struggles with her feelings and doesn't know how to express herself properly. Then it turns out that Thea, the daughter of her mother's new boyfriend, also ends up in her sports class. Thea is immediately the star of the group. Can Vilja bite through the emotional and physical pain and overcome her inner struggle?
