Smallpox was eradicated in 1977 after an intensive vaccination project, but at the end of the twentieth century it is again in the spotlight as a potential - because highly contagious and deadly - bio-terrorist weapon. Shown here is how a deliberately infected person can kill 60 million people worldwide. Designed as a mockumentary, with interviews with experts and relatives, a video diary of a victim and archive material, which regularly pushes the boundaries with the truth about the subject.
