Skyward Christmas plot

Julie Ward (Suzy Gilstrap) takes a secret plane trip to pick up her grandfather (Jack Elam) to celebrate Christmas with him. That sounds a lot simpler than it is. Julie is going to fly herself, even though she has only just obtained her pilot's license. And that will be quite a job, because she normally moves around in a wheelchair.
