Sinners in Love plot

Ann Hardy flees the harsh, drab life of a seedy mill town, heads to New York and becomes a hostess at a gambling club run by Ted Wells, where she unknowingly becomes instrumental in defrauding wealthy clients at roulette. Ann later discovers that Ted is dishonest and quits her job. Ted quickly finds her and, after falling in love with the innocent girl, vows to stop gambling if she will marry him.
