Since he left 'The Street', a popular television series, Frank Cooper enjoys his life by entertaining himself with women, alcohol and drugs. In the meantime, he auditions for the roles of stereotypical gang members and drug dealers. When he meets Mali Waters, a sports agent who lives mainly in the present, his whole world changes. Despite their great differences, Mali and Frank are attracted to each other. When Mali is confronted with her mortality, the clock starts ticking. By choosing love and living in the now, the two must learn to trust each other.
