Shang Hai Yi Jiu Er Ling plot

Chinese teenager Billy Fong is working in the port of Shanghai during the day when he meets Dawson Cole, the son of a very wealthy industrialist. They become friends and build a business empire together. Yet they regularly have disagreements. Dawson does not want to get involved in illegal activities, while Billy is eager to prove himself to the leaders of the Chinese underworld.
