"If rock'n'roll is bad... she doesn't want to be good!"

Two young girls start a band and open a nightclub with disc jocks where the local youth, many of whom come from underprivileged families, can hang out and stay out of trouble. However, they are opposed by the youngsters' conservative parents, who believe that rock music is bad and has a negative influence on their children.
