A few years before the revolution: A professor who loses his wife in a car accident is released from the hospital after recovering. When he arrives home, he throws all his sociology research out the window, because he is angry that people no longer pay attention to each other. When the revolution breaks out in Iran, the professor witnesses the mob being beaten and murdered. People don't pay attention to it. And a few years after the revolution: The professor is at home. He hears an accident and looks out the window. The victim suffers and the passers-by walk past him and are not paid any attention...
