Seoului Jibungmit plot
A grocery store owner has a daughter of marriageable age. When she falls in love with a young doctor, her father is very disappointed as he looks down on Western medicine. Meanwhile, his friends encourage him to run in the national parliamentary elections, but he is defeated. Dejected, he becomes more willing to his daughter and allows her to marry the young doctor.
