Season of Youth plot

Flint, a bright young black student, is on his way to fulfill his father's dream. His father desperately wants Flint to be the first in the family to go to college. But Taylor, a wealthy white upper-classman, doesn't think Flint deserves to attend a Connecticut elite school, and he's willing to do whatever it takes to prove his beliefs.
