Schneewittchen am See plot

Smilla Witte has always dreamed of working as a cook in her parents' restaurant, but when her mother died ten years ago, she looked for other places. During a visit to her native region, Smilla reminisces, but also gets into a fight with her father over Regina, his new cook and business partner. As a result, she travels earlier than planned to her friend Hedi, who lives on a farm with her brother and a man. On the way, Smilla runs into her old love Jan. She, too, left him ten years ago and hasn't seen him since, but the old attraction soon resurfaces.
