Sake to Onna to Yari plot

A vassal nicknamed Kurodo of the Spear, becomes disillusioned with the intrigue, corruption and relentless deadly violence within the warrior world. When he drunkenly refuses to commit ritual suicide, he retreats to the countryside where he seeks the simple pleasures of life: food, drink and family life. Kurodo's silent rebellion is soon crushed and when he is driven from his refuge, he causes a massacre at the battle of Sekigahara.
