Riesutu Duona plot

Andrius and Liuka grow up close to each other and have loved each other since childhood. However, one day when their fathers fight over something trivial, the two are separated - just like Romeo and Juliet. Shortly afterwards, Liuka and her family leave the town and Andrius is left alone with his memories. Much later, in the years after the war, the smell of a piece of nut bread that Andrius had received from his lover reminds him of his youth and of Liuka.
