Ri-teon plot
1982. Doctors perform heart surgery on nine-year-old Sang-u Na. No one notices that the boy is fully awake despite the anesthesia. He feels his chest opening, but cannot move and suffers excruciating pain during the operation. In a psychiatric clinic, he can later be helped with hypnosis by erasing his memories of the incident. 25 years later, the still-tormented Sang-u wants to get rid of his victimhood for good and embarks on a merciless and bloody mission: inflicting the same pains he endured on those around him.
