Red Sky at Morning plot
"A story of the young...for the young...and the young at heart!"
When the father is called up to participate in World War II, he sends his wife and his nearly grown son to New Mexico. Life there is very hard for both the mother and the son. The son is one of the few whites in the area and making friends is not easy. Yet the son gets to know his first girlfriend. Meanwhile, his mother withdraws more and more into the house. When the news comes that his father has died, the son comes into conflict with his mother and her new lover over who is now in charge of the household.
