Ponderosa plot

Zeke enjoys the quiet and balanced life in the countryside, under the watchful eye of his mother, Sandra. Their world is turned upside down when the buffet where Sandra works closes its doors, causing wealthy regular customer George to suddenly play a prominent role in their lives. In an attempt to build a father-son bond, George develops a rather unhealthy fondness for Zeke, which oscillates between touching and shaky. His obsession soon exposes a darker picture of desires and grand plans.
