Podo-namulul Be-a-ra plot

Soo-hyeon, a student at the Catholic Theological Seminary, decides to focus on his studies after breaking up with his girlfriend, Sua. But one day he receives the news that his mother is ill and with the permission of the school board, he spends the night at his parents' house. The next day he leaves for the station, but feels himself unable to take the train to school. Instead, he goes to his ex-girlfriend. He is discouraged by Sua's unwillingness to see him again. Back at the seminary, Soo-hyeon makes the difficult decision to drop out of college, but is convinced by the headmaster to go to a monastery and undergo spiritual purification. But for Soo-hyeon, quiet life in the monastery is abruptly interrupted when he meets Helena, whose close resemblance to Sua opens up old wounds.
