Piku plot
"Motion Se Hi Emotion."
Piku works in New Delhi at an architectural firm. Since her mother's death, she takes care of her father Bhashkor, who suffers from constant constipation. This not only leads to tensions between father and daughter, but also with other family members and the servants. This often makes Piku annoyed and takes it out on her colleagues and on Rana's taxi drivers, who take her to and from work every day. Because they live in New Delhi, Piku wants to sell her monumental ancestral home in Kolkata (Calcutta), but her father is strongly against it.
