Barfi! plot

It is in the 1970s, somewhere in India, where three young people learn that love cannot be defined by normal and abnormal social norms. Barfi is a deaf-mute boy who falls in love with Shruti. Under social and parental pressure she is forced to marry an 'ordinary' man so that she can also lead a 'normal' life. Many years later, their paths cross for a second time, when Barfi flees from the police and has fallen in love with Jhilmil.
