Pétrus plot

Montmartre 1946. Pétrus, a modest photographer, is injured one evening by Mico, a young dancer, abandoned by her lover Rodrigue. Pétrus is kindhearted and plans to reconcile Rodrigue and Mico. But Rodrigue does not listen to him and takes another mistress. Mico wants to start a new life and she and Pétrus fall in love. Their love, however, will be turned into a drama by the evil practices of a band of counterfeiters.
