Personal plot

Lucas (15) moves between two worlds. Outside the home, he is a smart student with friends and a budding romance with Esmée. At home, he tries to cope with growing financial problems, which put increasing pressure on the atmosphere. Out of shame, Lucas keeps these two sides of his life separate, until the problems no longer stay within the walls of his house.
