Perfect Parents plot

Because 10-year-old Lucy witnessed a stabbing at school, her parents want her to study at home. However, they cannot afford a private tutor, but the alternative school is Catholic while the family is atheist. To be admitted to the school, they need a reference from a priest. Priest Thomas is willing to help the family for a fee. After a crash course in the Catholic faith, Lucy is accepted into the school. But then Father Thomas is found dead in his church...
