Parlez-Moi d'Amour plot

Daniel is an adolescent and his parents are divorced. Leaving a nasty feast that his mother has organized to please a certain man, he is left with a sense of disgust. Later in the evening, he accepts a drink from a young neighbor whom he has helped carry parcels. She takes over the boy and he offers little resistance because he is happy to escape the loneliness. When his mother is absent, Daniel takes advantage of the situation, leaves the lyceum for good and goes to stay with his neighbor. She gets him a job at the clinic where she works. But Daniel is not very enthusiastic. During a play for children, he meets the actress Anne and falls in love with her. Soon the feelings are mutual and he leaves his neighbor. But then Anne accepts an offer from a director and chooses her career over him.
