Estonia, a summer in the late nineties. 27-year-old Allar moves from one provincial party to the next, encounters various colorful characters and then finds himself in increasingly confusing circumstances. The tension and absurdity of the latest events lead Allar to seriously think about how to give his life a different meaning. What follows is a hectic journey through midsummer Estonia, to finally discover itself.
