Padureanca plot

Transylvania at the end of the 19th century. A rich farmer's son returns home from his university studies. When he returns home, he sees how the village where he was born is in the grip of cholera. In the midst of all those dead, his eye falls on the forester's beautiful daughter. But one of his father's servants also has a crush on her. Who will she ultimately choose?
