Pa-ra-da plot

True story about Miloud, a street clown of French-Algerian descent, who ends up in Bucharest in 1992, three years after the fall of the Ceaucescu dictatorship. He comes into contact with some of the many street children who have fled from shelters, poorhouses or simply from uninterested parents. They get heat from heating pipes in tunnels and cardboard boxes. Miloud decides to stay with them and turn those hopeless children into something.
