"FRAMED...AND SAVED FROM PRISON BY A FLUKE!"
Wild street boy Jerry Davis is wrongly accused of murder and sent to Sing Sing prison. In Sing Sing, Jerry meets the friendly chaplain Neil Connor, who wants to help him prove his innocence. Jerry discovers that he can sing well and wants to become a professional singer when he is released. Because Jerry can sing so well, he is allowed to perform on Conner's radio show. During his performance, however, Jerry sees a chance to escape.
