When their mother goes on her first vacation in years, the Colucci family siblings - Anna, RJ and Ella - reunite over the holiday season to care for their beloved but ailing grandfather Vincent. Back in town for the first time in years, Anna is shocked to see firsthand how quickly Vincent's dementia has progressed. In an effort to refresh her grandfather's memory and bring back a cherished Christmas tradition, Anna tries to recreate her late grandmother's legendary pasta sauce, but it turns out not so easy.
