Ouma Se Slim Kind plot

The film is set in the 1940s. Kareltje, a mentally handicapped boy, is left behind as an orphan after an accident with a horse cart. Fan Jan takes him under his wing and takes him to a farm where he lives with Ouma. Ouma and Fan Jan soon find out that little Karel loves music and throwing clay. But then the moment comes when little Karel has to go to school, and that is the moment when all kinds of things go wrong.
