Orfeu plot
Orfeu is a charismatic samba musician from one of the favelas, who commands respect throughout the community. During the preparations for the carnival he meets Euridice. Touched by her beauty, he does everything in his power to conquer her. However, their romance is threatened by the chaos and rebellion around them. The biggest obstacles are the bitterness of Orfeu's ex-mistresses and Lucinho, a drug dealer and enemy of Orfeu.
