Onward and Sideways plot

Tony Evans is the deputy headteacher of a local primary school in North Norfolk. Emma Dretzin is a pianist, composer, and single mother of two daughters. Although they do not know each other, an unexpected encounter changes their lives when they are both diagnosed with Parkinson's on the same morning.
