Of Love and Desire plot
"If you are an adult in every sense of the word you will not judge Katherine's temptations — until you know about Paul!"
American engineer Steve Corey goes to Mexico to work in one of the mining projects owned by Katherine Beckmann and her half-brother Paul. Steve is introduced to Katherine and Bill Maxton, the man he is going to relieve. Bill tells him that Katherine is easy to pick up. There were many young men before me and there will be many after me, Bill tells Steve. Steve finds the stories about Katherine plausible, but nevertheless he falls in love with her. However, half-brother Paul is not happy when he finds out that the love between Steve and Katherine is serious. The disappointed and jealous Paul lets Katherine's former flame, Gus Cole, renege on seducing her again.
