Nureta Koya o Hashire plot
A group of five police officers commit a variety of criminal activities, including the rape of a young woman, which results in her death. They rob a church of a sum of money that would go to Vietnamese refugees. During the investigation, they abuse their position to blame a local gang of teenagers.
