David, a young law student, is disgusted by everything around him. One day he gets a chain letter stating that if he transfers money to some other persons, he will receive much more in return. He decides to forward it to several people, but one of his letters is intercepted by the police. Before the commissioner, an old friend of his father's, finds out, David spots a cop and flees. Afterwards he realizes that he should not have done this.
