Benek struggles with the rejection of his older brother, Franek, who was once his best friend. Benek is tormented by a malevolent spirit known as the Worrier, and is unable to sleep as a result. Franek isolates himself from his family as he struggles with problems with his girlfriend, drugs, and himself. His condition deeply worries his twin sister, Nastka, who is also looking for love. Jana, the eldest, is working on an art project that she hopes will bring relief to both her and her siblings.
