Nie Bede Cie Kochac plot

Thirteen-year-old Anka grows up in an idyllic working-class community, going through the stages of adolescence, dreams, first love and gossiping with friends. Her father is an alcoholic and her mother is mentally unstable. The associated shame and disgrace leave indelible marks on the community as it tries to deal with alcoholism, abuse and depression. The system, including school teachers, would rather try to avoid these subjects.
