Naukar Ki Kameez plot

Naukar Ki Kameez builds a pyramid of hierarchical relationships with both crude and subtle examples: from the Sahib, the administrator who lives with his wife in a colonial-era bungalow, to his alcoholic secretary Bade Babu who kills time in the office. from looking for a home for the Sahib, to the film's young hero, Santu, who and his wife battle their leaking roof. The language full of secret manipulations that the characters use against their business, but also love partners, makes the film almost a farce. As if winning a discussion is the ultimate challenge. Their ability to tolerate the absurd results in these people in a slow-moving tragi-comic mood. Santu's wife Bahu, initially a low-class housewife, slowly manages to express her inner strength. Like the film, she develops from a typical Indian to an equal party within a man-woman relationship.
