"Three control freaks lose the people they love"
Enio is an engineer in Sao Paulo who is working on a large control panel that regulates traffic lights and traffic. His personal life is a minor drama and to top it all off, his ex informs Monica that their daughter Bia who barely knows him wants to meet him. During a major traffic accident, which Enio is investigating, it turns out that Monica and her new husband have died. The film shifts to several other individuals who live nearby and whose lives are partly influenced by the same Sao Paulo.
