Nach So Vielen Jahren plot

Gay opera director Max is eager to make an opera in Frankfurt. However, this is not possible without sponsorship from a bank. His son Daniel works for that bank and has not exchanged a word with his father in thirty years. It turns out that his mother has confronted him quite drastically with his father's sexuality. He sees an opportunity in the subsidy application to take revenge on Max.
