My Dead Dad plot
Former skater Lucas learns that his estranged father has passed away, leaving him an apartment building in Los Angeles. Always feeling abandoned by his dad, Lucas heads there with the idea of selling the building. The tenants of the flats, on the other hand, have other memories of the deceased. Lucas lingers on the spot for a while, confronting the pain he has carried with him since childhood.
