Mortgage plot

Dave and Tina Dodd want to build a house. They sign a contract with the shady Jack Napper, who offers to let contractor George Shooks do the work. However, Shooks has problems and doesn't take it too seriously with construction. This leads to major disagreements, but also tensions between Dave and Tina.
