Moment of Truth: Broken Pledges plot

"They called it brotherhood. They called it initiation. She called it murder."

When Eileen Stevens packs the bags of her oldest son Chuck, who is leaving for college, she doesn't suspect that this is the last time she will see him in person. During his freshman year, Chuck decides to join the prestigious Saxon sorority. Immediately after the hazing his dead body is found. Chuck died of alcohol poisoning. Both the university and local authorities blame his death on excessive drinking, but Eileen is not convinced. Her suspicions are confirmed when a guilty fellow student confesses to the truth. Eileen decides to do her son justice and starts a legal battle to outlaw extreme student hazing.
