Molina's Rebecca plot

Josefa and Abelardo are an elderly couple whose relationship is plagued by monotony. She is quite authoritarian and he always tries to please her but only gets her irritation. Sexual appetites have diminished over the years, especially in Josefa, whose only pleasures are the soap operas she follows closely. One night, with the arrival of Rebecca, Abelardo's young and desirable niece, the marriage routine changes drastically.
